A modern company with a rich family history.
In 1985, Rolf and Bernard Welke left a profit-driven company to build a brokerage focused on passion, innovation, and service. They fostered a culture valuing employees and clients alike.
Starting in magazine shipping, Welke became known for speed, precision, and compliance, pioneering “concierge care.” By the 1990s, this commitment drove rapid North American growth, redefining quality service in logistics.
Today, Derek and Jordan Welke continue the legacy, merging personalized service with cutting-edge technology. They shape a future where customers enjoy a family-driven company’s care alongside relentless innovation and success.
