Helping businesses navigate customs and freight since 1985.

If you work with us, you're family.

Our connection to our customers and each other is what inspires us to work hard. When you work for, or with Welke, you’re family.

Meticulous is our middle name.

With compliance and customs, there isn’t room for any error. We go over everything with a fine tooth comb to avoid any issues that might arise—attention to detail is key.

We pivot and adapt on the daily.

When it comes to trade, things move fast. We check our ego at the door so we can easily pivot and adapt. We’re trusted experts who are always looking to learn and grow.

We’re family. But the healthy-boundary-type-of-family.

Since 1985, Rolf Welke and his sons Bernard and Peter, have been on a mission to redefine quality service. Our unique and empowered team not only cultivates deep relationships with their assigned customers but also with freight forwarders, carriers and customs staff to fully integrate customer supply chains.

Giving back is in our DNA.

Just like we take care of our clients, we also take care of the planet and community. For every shipment we clear, we plant one tree with the non-profit One Tree Planted. We’re also well on our way to being 100% paperless.

We’re proud partners with Touch the Trucks Toronto, Daily Bread and Dress Down for Charity.

Welke is CTPAT and PIP certified.

At Welke, we follow the highest standards of customs and supply chain compliance and are proud of being CTPAT and PIP certified. If you’re an importer and would like to enroll in either of these programs, please reach out to us for more information.
