Looking for freight forwarding services? Welke can help.

Freight forwarding means arranging the transport of goods. A forwarder coordinates the shipping route and transport services. Customs brokerage handles customs filings; Welke offers both.

Welke coordinates air, ocean and trucking shipments. The goods, route and timing help determine the appropriate option.

Tell us what you are shipping, where it needs to go and when. Welke reviews the request and coordinates the agreed transport and customs brokerage services.

Start with the commercial invoice, packing details and any available transport documents. Additional documents depend on the goods, route and transport mode.

In the event of delays, disruptions, or issues with your shipment, your freight forwarder acts as your advocate and problem-solver. They’ll liaise with carriers, customs authorities, and other stakeholders to resolve the issue promptly and minimize any impact on your business. Transparent communication, proactive problem-solving, and alternative routing or delivery options are key components of their response strategy.
