The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) work to protect Canadian businesses from harmful trade practices through the administration of the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA). The CBSA assesses complaints of unfair dumping and/or subsidizing and may investigate. The CITT then determines if these practices have harmed Canadian industry. Each investigation examines the possible dumping or subsidizing of importations in the Canadian market.
Importers are encouraged to review this listing prior to importing goods that could possibly be subject to anti-dumping and or countervailing duty.
